The main difference between a Basic, Premium and Enterprise account is the level of customization and support. With a Basic and Premium account, users get pre-designed features and cannot request any customization. An Enterprise account is designed for large companies needing more customization and advanced features, as well as dedicated support and account management.  

Your subscription, annual or monthly, will automatically renew until you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription at any time. After you cancel, you’ll still have access to all the paid features until the end of your billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan account.  

After cancelling or downgrading your subscription, you will have 14 days from the end of the billing cycle to save your excess usage data. After this date you will not be able to access your excess usage data.  

No, you cannot request customized features with Free, Basic or Premium account. For customization requests, you will need to change the plan to Enterprise.

If you believe you've made a mistake signing up for a paid SmartR account, please contact us inside the app or email [email protected]. We'll be happy to refund you the full amount (not pro-rated) if you downgrade your subscription within 48 hours of signing up for monthly billing, or within 10 days of signing up for annual billing. 

Your account email will be notified after each failed payment. Payments may be retried up to 5 times. After this, if the payment did not succeed, your account will be downgraded to a free account.
