What’s SMARTR LMS new updates on Feb 2024?
With the enthusiasm to create the best LMS product with a simple, easy-to-use interface for users. SMARTR has continuously improved its products over the past time with the motivation to give trainers a new way of less time and effort – convenient – interesting in training and developing people.
Let’s discover the new features of SMARTR that have been launched in February 2024!
I. New user interface (UI) for Homepage, Dashboard and Class Operation
New Homepage
Users will no longer have to spend too many operations to access each piece of content that needs to be completed at the workspace. All information about classes, appraisals, and approval requests (specific to Admin accounts) will be displayed in the Dashboard as soon as they login.

Recognizing the need to keep track of the leader’s subordinates, we put all the information you need to see into the dashboard, including
1. My profile
Here, you can see your own personal information, portfolio, and academic records during your working time in the form of tables or charts. With this feature, you can easily stay informed about your own development, making it easier for you to plan your learning and development.

Summarize the training classes they’ve taken and the results of each class
2. My Unit
This function allows you to get an overview of the learning and development of your team members. Feedback and mentoring/coaching employees have become much simpler with objective data extracted directly from the reviews on the system.

For more detailed information about the academic status and assessment scores of current employees, leaders simply select the employee to view. This information will be similar to My Profile.
Note: My unit only appears for users designated as leaders. Read more about how to set up a leader for the team here
New Class Operation
For admins and trainers, we have developed a new interface that makes it easier for them to operate a classroom. This is an interface developed in parallel with the previous one. To see the new look, just switch to Advanced View.
Class overview information and QR code check-in, feedback are fully displayed, easy to see
Cards are organized for class managers to easily access information about materials, classes, and class reports
II. Account Management
In Settings, we group fields by tags, specifically:
- Branding: Adjust business information, images, and logos
- Billing: Corporate invoice information
- Subscription: Information about account usage status
- Email (under development): Toggle email notifications on demand
- Notification (under development)
