The threat is becoming more complex as Artificial Intelligence (AI) develops.<\/p>\n<p>This reality shows that cooperation, sharing of experience and knowledge is more urgent than ever. CyberCon Asia 2025 is organized with that spirit, becoming a strategic forum where we can find solutions together, and build a safer digital world together.<\/p>\n<p>I am delighted to see that Vietnam has joined the Asia-Pacific Cyber \u200b\u200bIncident Response Consortium. This is a great example of cross-national cooperation where we share policies and experiences to combat common threats.<\/p>\n<p>As a representative of Japanese associations and agencies in Vietnam, I pledge to provide maximum support for cooperation between Vietnam and Japan, as well as with other countries around the world.<\/p>\n<p>I also always believe that students, who are nurturing talents in the field of cyber security, will become brave &#8216;warriors&#8217;, contributing to protecting cyber security for the country and the world in the future.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuyen &#8211; Deputy Director of the Department of Information Technology Industry, Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam &#8211; said: &#8220;Cyber \u200b\u200bsecurity is becoming a common problem for the whole society when the risk of personal information infringement in the field of international payments is increasing.<\/p>\n<p>Cyber \u200b\u200battacks not only cause financial damage but also reduce user confidence and have far-reaching impacts on many global financial issues.<\/p>\n<p>In that context, CyberCon Asia 2025 cleverly pointed out a new battlefield: The war between AI &#8211; Protection and AI &#8211; Shield against AI &#8211; Attack. This conference is the answer, a place for us to clarify the existing problems, coordinate and find solutions.<\/p>\n<p>I believe that only when individuals and nations join hands can we maintain information security and network security. Duy Tan University is extremely honored to host this meaningful event.<\/p>\n<p>This is not only an opportunity for all of us to access the latest knowledge from leading experts, but also an opportunity for us, educators, to continue to impart and equip students with the necessary knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>Because training a young generation to understand AI and master cybersecurity tools is the best way to protect the country&#8217;s digital future.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Many Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) have been signed between organizations, businesses and educational institutions, specifically:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Japan Association signs cooperation agreement with Network of Innovation and Cyber \u200b\u200bSecurity Experts (ViSecurity),<\/li>\n<li>Fore Japan Joint Stock Company signed a cooperation agreement with CSC Cyber \u200b\u200bSecurity Joint Stock Company,<\/li>\n<li>Digital Hollywood University Japan and Duy Tan University signed a cooperation agreement in education and research\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Within the framework of the conference, the Hackathon CTF 2025 took place at Duy Tan University, attracting the participation of teams from many universities and academies across the country.
