It is a premium authorized reseller for Apple products in Vietnam. 

SmartR and our trainer, Nguyen Khac Long provided sales training for frontline employees. and   After the training, 72% of respondents agreed that the training program is relevant to their jobs and 78% of respondents said they would apply what they have learned to their workplace. Overall, the training increased the Sales team spirit and we are preparing to have the second batch for the program.

Nor-Cal Products, a division of Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology AG, originated back to 1948 when the company’s founder began manufacturing pumping stations for the dairy industry in far Northern California in the shadow of Mount Shasta. In 2019, the company proudly expanded its Vietnam manufacturing facility over three times to better serve our growing global customer base. 

In 2020, SmartR provided the English training program for Nor-Cal employees in the Vietnam office to improves their communication with the rest of their global organization. After 4 months, 80% of learners from High beginners improved at least one English proficiency level.
