Global economy has been driven by the industrial revolution 4.0 which defined by technology, innovation, digital transformation, and rapid page of change. Therefore, an organization has enhance the collective capacities of its workforce to remain competitive and relevant. McKinsey published report in 2016 after interviewing more than 1,500 executives in more than 91 organizations estimates that more than 800 million jobs could be displaced by automation in 2030. SmartR focuses on the three key elements of L&D to help our customers in the journey of workforce transformation. Our training program is organized based on the career track and competency planning. While our company still offers one time workshop and standalone program, we recommend our B2B clients to consider learning journeys for each major career in their organization. The learning journey is a continuous process including a series of both on-the-job coaching and mentoring, pre- and post-classroom digital learning, and short workshops. 

The goal is to enable employees to acquire the new competencies and successfully apply these to their daily job.


According to the General Statistics Office (GSO), Vietnam’s labor productivity remains one of the
lowest in its neighborhood in South East Asia. The average labor productivity in Vietnam is lower
than one-twelfth of Singapore and one-fifth of Malaysia.

A low level of productivity not only limits opportunities for individuals but also negatively impacts the business performance overall. In addition to low productivity, companies operating in Vietnam also has to face an average of a 10% salary increase annually and around 20% of the workforce quitting their jobs every year. In the same report, the research found that 31% of employees are not satisfied with their current employment but decide to stay. These low-performers will be a burden for the company and negatively affect the growth.
