One of Thakral One’s branches is in Vietnam and recently they have been wanting to boost the skill of their Sales team, increase closed deals in stores, and raise their revenue. Understanding the problem, SmartR came up with a training program that was customized based on the need of our client. We trusted our certified trainer Nguyen Khac Long from OlymWorld Academy could help solve the Sales issue with his 7,000 hours of experience, directly coaching tens of thousands of professionals and business leaders. His skills are focusing on maximizing core competencies such as Performance, Sales, Business, Leadership, and within 2 days, coach Long Nguyen delivered the “Changing the Sales Table” course of how to have a better understanding of the sales process and tactics to close deals. The most ideal way to be able to sell to Vietnamese who are too smart is to turn themselves into sellers.
After the training, we gladly received very positive feedback from Thakral learners. The majority were happy and satisfied with the micro-learning course. 72% of respondents agreed that the training program is relevant to their jobs and 78% of respondents said they would apply what they have learned to their workplace. Overall, the training increased the Sales team spirit and we are preparing to have the second batch for the program.
